For New STS Accounts:
 
New accounts must be recorded through the ticket system. Please follow the link below to submit Google Form for a new hire.
 
You can get a link for Google Form here:
 
Once filled out and submitted through Google Forms Link, please notify IT with a ticket created for this purpose. The IT Department with reply with Credentials for New Hire in the Ticket.

For New GSuite Accounts: (@synergycompanies.org)
 
New accounts must be recorded through the ticket system. Please, double check all information you collect and provided is complete and accurate.
 
Check with your local HR rep for correct spelling and full name of the new employee being requested. 
 
We need the following in order to create a GSuite Account: 
 
1. First Name
2. Middle Name (helps with duplicate named employees in the company.)
3. Last Name
4. Office employee will be working in 
5. Department employee will be working in (Marketer, Technician, Admin Staff etc.)
 
 
The IT Department will reply with Credentials for New Hire in the Ticket.

For Fluix Accounts:
 
New accounts must be recorded through the ticket system.  Please, double check all information you collect and provided is complete and accurate.
 
We need the following in order to create a Fluix Account: 
 
1. First Name
2. Middle Name (helps with duplicate named employees in the company.)
3. Last Name
4. Office employee will be working in 
5. Department employee will be working in (Marketer, Technician, Admin Staff etc.)
6. Programs workflows (Groups in Fluix) to share with the employee 
 
A Fluix Account can only be requested AFTER the employee has a GSuite Account. All Fluix credentials are sent directly to employees GSuite email from Fluix. 
 
The IT Department will reply letting you know the account process is completed for New Hire in the Ticket.
