1. Download and install WinSCP from https://winscp.net/eng/downloads.php. If you don't have enough permissions to install the software on the company computer, please contact your manager.

2. Once on WinSCP, create and save a new site with the following parameters:

File protocol: SFTP

Host name: reports.synergycompanies.com

Port number: 22

For the User name, use the username that was given to you.

For the password, use the one that was given to you.
